Hammam (Marshal) is a Project & Process Improvement Consultant. He is an expert in Project / Program Management, PMO Set-up, Risk Management, Lean Continuous Improvement, Process Re-engineering, Change Management, and Waste Elimination. Through his professional career life, Hammam has gained intensive experience in various aspects of the Oil & Gas EPC, Construction and ERP/IT industries. He has executed many multi-hundred million dollar projects with a stunning control over Budget and Time.
Currently, he is an Executive Director / Board Member at the PMI – Sydney and Adjunct Lecturer at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). He is also a contributor to the international Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) Guide, as he provided recommendations for improving the Exposure Draft of the PMBOK® Guide – Sixth Edition. Training, Consultancy and Coaching are Hammam’s passion. He has conducted and delivered many functional workshops and training programs in Project Management and Process Improvement for Government Organizations, Companies and Institutes.
